Jacinths Homeless Foundation supports individuals and families experiencing homelessness, housing instability, food insecurity, and financial hardship.
Through food assistance, housing support, emergency resources, youth programs, and community partnerships, we help meet immediate needs while creating pathways toward long-term stability and self-sufficiency.
Our programs include emergency food and grocery assistance, community food distribution, housing readiness and transitional housing support, youth empowerment, and practical resources that strengthen families and communities.

We are also expanding our hunger relief efforts through a community food pantry and additional partnerships to increase access to food and essential items.

WAYS WE HELP
Jacinths Homeless Foundation supports individuals and families facing homelessness, food insecurity, housing instability, and financial hardship. Through direct assistance, outreach, education, and community partnerships, we help meet immediate needs while creating pathways toward long-term stability and self-sufficiency.
Homeless Outeeach
Our homeless outreach connects individuals experiencing homelessness with food, water, essential supplies, community resources, and supportive services. Through outreach initiatives such as Hydrate the Homeless, we meet people where they are while helping connect them to resources that support greater stability.
Food & Hunger Relief
We provide emergency food and grocery assistance, community food distributions, and donated food and essential items to individuals and families experiencing hardship. As our hunger relief efforts grow, we are expanding partnerships and developing a community food pantry to provide more consistent access to food and basic necessities.
Housing & Stability
Jacinths Homeless Foundation is working to expand our services to include housing stability and transitional housing support. Our planned Housing With Hope program will provide structured support for women and families working toward safe, stable housing, self-sufficiency, and long-term independence.
In the meantime, we continue connecting individuals and families with housing resources and community-based support when available.
Emergency Assistance
Jacinths Homeless Foundation provides limited emergency assistance to individuals and families experiencing unexpected financial hardship or crisis. Support may include food, utilities, temporary lodging, housing-related needs, and other essential expenses.
Assistance is based on available funding, donations, eligibility, and program capacity and is not guaranteed.
Youth Empowerment
Jacinths Homeless Foundation empowers youth through education, entrepreneurship, mentorship, and hands-on learning opportunities. Programs such as Boss Baby 4 U help young people build confidence, leadership skills, financial literacy, and an entrepreneurial mindset while encouraging them to explore their talents and future goals.
